  • Custom engraved, printed, or made-to-order products should be checked carefully during proof or order confirmation because return options are limited once production is complete.
  • If an order has a defect or production error, contact Aran Awards with the order details and photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Aran Awards stands behind the quality of its work. If there is a problem with an order, the team will review it and work toward a fair resolution.

Eligible Returns

  • Standard stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made or engraved products are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or a production error.

Return Process

  • Submit the request through the contact page.
  • Include the order number and a short explanation of the issue.
  • Wait for return guidance before sending an item back.

Shipping Costs and Refund Timing

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or production error.
  • Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been reviewed.
