Orders ship daily from our Hamilton facility. Delivery to Toronto and the GTA is fast and reliable under normal courier conditions, but timing depends on the route, destination, order size, product availability, artwork readiness, and production queue. We do not promise a fixed hour window before reviewing the job.

Our industrial European laser systems include Trotec CO2 and fibre capability. CO2 laser engraving and cutting support wood, glass, crystal, acrylic, leather, acrylic awards, plaques, and signs, while fibre laser marking handles stainless steel, anodized aluminum, brass, and other metals where permanent marking matters.
Three CNC rotary and diamond-drag engravers add another layer of practical engraving capacity for plates, tags, metal sheets, labels, disks, nameplates, and other items where the right tool depends on the material and finish.
Roland UV flatbed printers add full-colour direct-to-product printing on wood, glass, metal, plastic, acrylic, plaques, signs, badges, panels, medal inserts, and branded items. Large-format and sign capability also supports banners, decals, pull-up banners, and outdoor signs, plus oversize panels and selected display pieces that do not fit a small retail workflow.
Sublimation gives the shop another production path for mugs, metal sheets, labels, disks, and full-colour items where heat-transferred graphics are the right fit.
